论“入世”对泉州民营企业的影响

On Effects in Quanzhou's Private Enterprises by Acceding to WTO

通过对泉州民营企业的特点及优势的分析,结合对泉州民营企业现状的调查,论述了目前民营企业发展中存在的问题。针对“入世”新形势对泉州民营企业的利弊,提出民营企业二次创业中应采取的相应对策。WTO是民营企业的一道“坎”,泉州民营企业要跳过这道坎,应通过创建品牌和信誉、加快制度变革、注重适度规模、积极参与国际竞争、提高企业家素质以及重视培养人才等途径提高综合素质和竞争能力,使泉州民营企业上升到一个新的层次。

Through the analysis of characteristics and advantages of Quanzhou's private enterprises, and connecting with the probe in their present situation, the article explains the existing problems in developing private enterprises. Aimed at the benefit and the malady after acceding to WTO, it puts out that private enterprises have to take appropriate counter-measures in founding undertaking once again. WTO is a ridge of private enterprises, Quanzhou's private enterprises want to pass the ridge,have to create the brand and the reputation, quicken system reform,lay stress on proper scale,take part actively in international competition,raise enterprisers' quality,and pay attention to training personnel,so that,raise comprehensive quality and competitive power,make Quanzhou's private enterprises upgrade a new lavel.
