摘要
从综合安全系数的角度,对中国、美国和英国现行钢结构设计规范的安全度水平进行了计算、分析和比较.综合安全系数的计算结果表明,我国现行规范Ⅱ级结构的安全度水平普遍比美、英规范的安全度水平低;Ⅰ级结构的安全度水平则与美、英规范的安全度水平大体相当,且多数情况下略偏高一些.研究结果表明我国现行钢结构设计规范的安全度设置水平是基本合适的,规范修订时对Ⅱ级结构的安全度水平可作适当提高.
From the aspect of comprehensive safety factor, the calculation, analysis and comparison of the safty levels of Chinese, American, British codes of steel structures design are carried out. The results of calculation indicate that the safety level of Chinese active code of second-class structure design is lower than those of American and British codes at large. As far as first-class structure is concerned ,the level of Chinese code corresponds with American and British , and moreover , the levels of the laters are appreciably lower in many case. All these show that the safety level of Chinese active code of steel structures design is suitable on the whole, and moderate improvement for the safety level of second-class structures is feasible.
