发展绿色食品是提高我国农产品的国际竞争力,保障人民健康水平,促进农业持续高效发展的重大举措。绿色食品发展是一项复杂的系统工程,必须建立科技支撑体系,科技支撑体系包括四大方面;即环境技术、生产技术、加工技术、管理技术,总共14项具体技术。全面概述了绿色食品科技支撑体系的技术内容。图1,参3。
To develop green food is an important measures to strong international competition of the national agricultural products; guarantee merit health of the national people and maintain agricultural sustainable development.Green food development is a complex system networks, being relying on Tech-aid system building up.Tech-aid system includes four aspects i.e.environmental techniques , product techniques, processing techniques and management networks, and among these techniques, there are 14 concrete techniques. All of them have been described in details in this paper.
