文中介绍了在台湾产4针道单面圆机上采用吊装导纱器(吊装导纱器与一般导纱器基本相同,安装在织针的上方,不会损伤织针)喂纱编织28 tex×2腈锦混纺纱针孔织物的上机工艺及生产过程。该织物结构新颖,立体感强,透气性好。

This paper introduces the actual knitting process of needle-hole-effect fabrics using 28 Tex ×2 acrylic/nylon blendedyarn fed through the special suspended yarn guide ( similar to commonly-used yarn guides, mounted above the needles,which won't damage needles) on 4-needle-track single circular knitting machine made in Taiwan. The product possessesa novel structure, a strong 3-D effect and good air permeability.
