摘要 经编涤纶土工格栅是一种新型土工建筑材料。其工艺流程为:原料→整经→织造→后整理→检验、包装入库。文中对经编涤纶土工格栅的参数、经纬向的拉伸性能、涂层工艺对拉伸性能的影响做了详细介绍。实验表明:经编涤纶土工格栅拉伸断裂过程分为三个部分,有明显的屈服点。其经聚氯乙烯整理后,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率有明显提高。涂层工艺对涤纶高强丝的性能有很大的影响,涂层工艺为:PVC 85 g,5% Lc 10 g,DOP60 g,硬脂酸钙5 g,炭黑3 g,涂层温度160 ℃,涂层时间1 min。 Warp knitted polyester geo-grid is one kind of new civil engineering material. The actual technological process is: Rawmaterial→Beaming→Warp knitting→After treatment→Inspection→Packaging and Storage. This paper introduces indetail the parameters for producing warp knitted polyester geo-grids, tensile properties in both weft and warp directions,and the influence of coating technology on the tensile properties. The experimental results show that the stretchingprocess of warp knitted polyester geo-grid can be divided into three stages and obvious yield point exists. After post-treatment of PVC, the tensile strength and breaking elongation improves obviously. The coating technology has a stronginfluence on polyester yarns. The actual coating technology is: 90 g PVC, 10 g 5% Lc, 60 g DOP, 5 g Calcium Stearate, 3 gCarbon black, Coating temperature 160 ℃ and Coating time 1 min.
