Synthesis of Isoamyl Butyrate Catalyzed by Supported Sodium Bisulfate

摘要 制备了固载硫酸氢钠催化剂,并用于催化合成了丁酸异戊酯。以0 2mol正丁酸为基准,在醇酸摩尔比1 3,催化剂用量0 50g,反应时间50min的最佳合成条件下酯收率达90 81%。该催化剂具有制备方便,价廉易得,易于保存使用和计量,催化活性好,后处理简单,不腐蚀设备,无环境污染等优点。 Supported sodium bisulfate is conveniently prepared and it has some better properties than nonsupported one in catalytic esterification reaction, such as nonhydroscopic property and being easy to conserve and use This catalyst is used to prepare isoamyl butyrate from nbutanoic acid and isoamyl alcohol The optimum conditions were as follows: basing on 02mol nbutanoic acid, molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to nbutanoic acid was 13, amount of catalyst was 050g, reaction time was 50min On these conditions, the yield of isoamyl butyrate was 9081% The results indicated that this catalyst is one of the most efficient, economic and environmental friendly catalysts
