摘要
以 1.6 六次甲基二异氰酸酯 ,聚醚和阳离子扩链剂为原料 ,通过预聚、扩链、中和和乳化获得水乳型阳离子皮革底层涂饰剂 ,在反应中就聚醚中K、Na含量 ,水含量和溶剂水含量对聚合物制备的影响进行了研究。
The prime finishing of cationic polyurethane emulsion for leather was prepared from diol polyether, 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate and cationic chain extended agent by prepolymerization , chain extended reaction, neutralization and emulsification. The effect of K, Na, water content in diol polyether and water content in solvent on polymerization were studied.
