摘要
配制含梯度浓度硒溶液的培养基,培养平菇菌丝体,分别测定2个平菇品种菌丝体内CAT,POD及PPO活性,结果表明:硒浓度为30,60mg·L^(-1)时明显提高菌丝体内CAT,PPO活性,超过90mg·L^(-1)时,CAT,PPO活性下降;硒浓度低于30mg·L^(-1)时,POD活性较强,超过60mg·L^(-1),POD活性则明显受到抑制。
Activity of Catalase, Peroxidase and Polyphenol Oxidase was examined in the mycelium of two varieties of Pleurotus Ostreatus after adding Selenium. The results showed that the activity of Catalase and Polyphenol Oxidase obviously increased (F<0. 05 or P < 0. 01) in consistence of Selenium from 30 to 60 mg · L-1 and the activity reduced over 90 mg · L-1. The activity of Peroxidase was stronger below 30 mg · L-11 and represssed (P<0. 01) over 60 mg · L-1.
