佛山市现代农业的发展对策

The countermeasurs of developing modern agriculture in Foshan

佛山市提出要率先基本实现社会主义现代化,如果没有农业的现代化是不行的,而农业现代化是最困难、最复杂的。本文根据国内外农业发展的现状和态势以及佛山市的实际情况,提出:1.发展生态农业,促进可持续发展;2.进行适度规模经营,促进农业人口的空间转移和城镇化发展;3.加快信息化建设,解决农村“信息温饱”问题;4.实现农业科技示范园区与城市农业的有机结合;5.适度反哺农业;6.加快农业结构的调整,实现农业产业化经营;7.加快农业教育,提高农民素质等作为佛山市有选择性地推进现代农业的发展对策。

Foshan is going to realize the socialistic modernization in the leading place. There is no modernization of Foshan without modernization of agriculture, which is the most difficult and complex. Based on the domestic and overseas status of agriculture development and the actual status of Foshan, the author puts forward the following countermeasures for agriculture modernization of Foshan. 1) Developing ecological agriculture will promote the persistent development. 2) A moderate scale of management will promote the transfer of agriculture population and urbanization. 3) information construction will resolve the information problem of the country. 4) The agriculture science park will combine with the urban agriculture. 5) The agriculture should be fed in reverse moderately. 6) The adjustment of agricultural structure will promote industrialization management of agriculture. 7) the agricultural education will improve the quality of peasants.
