摘要
在45#钢上激光堆焊一层或多层合金层,借助光学显微镜、显微硬度计研究了同一激光工艺参数因堆焊层数的不同而对堆焊层与基体结合质量的影响;对覆层与基体结合机理进行了分析,发现随着堆焊层数的增加,激光堆焊对基材与覆层过渡区有加大的影响.
A surfacing hardness tests of layer by layer overlaying on the 45 steel by laser cladding were made.It is shown that using the same laser parameter has effect on bonding quality of surfacing and matrix with different layers by optical microcope,microhardness. The mechanism of surfacing and matrix was analysed, and the idea that the laser overlaying has effect on bond layer and substrate with layer increasing was put forward.
