摘要
选用18只分3组处理(分别在鸡日粮中添加蜂胶、芦荟粉和金霉素)的45日龄肉鸡,停药12 h取样,对比研究抗生素及其替代品对其铜含量的影响。用二乙胺基二硫代甲酸钠法测定出用蜂胶、芦荟和金霉素饲喂的鸡肉中铜含量均低于我国无公害畜禽肉安全要求[GB 18406.3-2001]中规定的铜的最高限量,且3组肉鸡中铜含量无显著性差异。
Eighteen 45 -day-old broilers were divided into 3 groups and were fed with diets supplemented with chlorotetracycline or its substitute, Propolis or Aloe. Twelve hours after the treatment, samples were taken to investigate the effect of the antibiotics on Cu contents in the broilers. Cu content in all the 3 groups, as determined with sodium dicthyldithiocarbomate method [Cu (DDTC)2 extraction spectrophotometry], was lower than the maximum limitation of copper in livestock and poultry for meat in China (GB 18406. 3-2001). No statistically significant existed among the 3 groups in their Cu content.
