钽酸锶铋陶瓷的锆钛酸铅纳米粉掺杂改性研究

摘要 采用两步固相反应法,制备锆钛酸铅(PZT)纳米粉掺杂的钽酸锶铋(SrBi2Ta2O9,简写为SBT)陶瓷。研究了显微结构和电性能,并与未掺杂的SBT陶瓷进行比较。经测试分析表明:PZT纳米粉掺杂后的SBT陶瓷具有高度的c轴取向,其铁电与介电性能表现出明显的各向异性,其极化强度2Pr可达 21.6?06 C / cm2,矫顽场强Ec为 60.3?03 V / cm。 The nano-sized PZT powder modified SrBi2Ta2O9 ceramics was prepared by two step solid-phase synthesis method. The results of microstructure and electrical properties exploration show that the modified SBT ceramics have high c-grain orientation, and obvious electric anisotropy.
