摘要
根据压电变压器对陶瓷材料的性能要求,以三元系压电陶瓷为重点,分别从准同型相界MPB组成,复相陶瓷制备技术,“硬性”掺杂,过渡液相烧结等方面分析和讨论了提高压电陶瓷机械品质因数Qm,电学品质因数Q e(1/tgδ)和机电耦合系数kP,改善谐振频率温度稳定性以及降低烧结温度的可能性和途径,提出了适用于压电变压器的多元系压电陶瓷的成分选择与设计规则。
According to properties that piezoelectric transformer required, the possibilities of improving mechanical quality factor, electrical quality factor, electromechanical coupling factor and temperature stability of resonant frequency of multi-system ceramics are analyzed from the aspects of morphotropic phase-boundary (MPB), composite ceramics, acceptor dopants and transient liquid-phase sintering. The rules of designing ceramics for piezoelectric transformer are proposed.
