摘要
分析铜质导电零件沥青胶质油污的形成,在生产实际中采用强酸强碱热态中和法,有效地去除胶质油污。同时提出铜件前处理工艺要点,以避免沥青胶质油污的产生。
In practice, asphalt-colloid smear was formed on copper electric parts and effectively purged by means of thermal neutralization with strong acid and alkali. Further more, key-points in pretreatment were advised to avoid the resultant of asphalt-colloid smear.
