摘要
本文针对高压Ⅵ组溶出器汽耗高、溶出指标差及溶出系统产能低等问题,提出了增加预热面积、自蒸发器出口加装疏水阀的改造措施,经改造后,高压Ⅵ组溶出器的汽耗大幅降低,溶出各项指标均得以优化,为进一步提产降耗创造条件。
This paper was directed against the steam consumption higher of high voltage Ⅵ set digester, digesting index lower and production lower of digesting system. Some valuable suggestion have been put forward, e.g. increasing preheat area and selfevaporator increased a valve in the exit. After reconstruction, high voltage Ⅵ set digester's steam consumption remarkable decrease, digesting index optimization.
