摘要
高边坡端头式预应力锚索施工时,在穿锚的过程中,传统的气囊式止浆环,气囊容易与孔壁摩擦而被破坏,无法充气或充气效果不好,从而起不到止浆的效果,而布袋式止浆环很好地解决了这一问题。主要介绍了布袋式止浆环的结构、止浆原理及其在龙滩水电站工程左岸高边坡预应力锚索施工中的应用。
During the construction of high slope pre-stressed anchor, it is not efficient for common air-bag type grout stop ring to stop grout. Because the air-bag type grout stop ring is easily broken to be charged or fully charged when it touches hole wall during the construction of anchor, it cannot efficiently stop grout. This problem is well solved by using cloth-bag type grout stop ring in the construction. This article introduces the structure of cloth-bag type grout ring, the principle of stopping grout and the application to the construction of the left-bank high-slope pre-stressed anchor of Longtan Hydropower Station.
