摘要
水轮发电机组设备的质量直接关系到电站的稳定运行和经济效益。龙滩水电站单机额定容量778MV·A,是特大型机组,为保证机组设备的高质量,采取的主要措施有:选择最强的设计和制造承包商;认真对机组参数进行比较论证和优化;采用最先进的技术成果,优化机组结构;做好科学试验、生产监造和出厂验收工作。
The quality of hydro-generating units directly affects the stable operation and economic benefits of hydropower station. The rated capacity per unit of the Longtan hydropower station is 778 MV·A. It's an extremely large-scale hydro-generating unit. This paper suggests the following three main measures to ensure the quality of hydro-generating units, that is, selecting the best designer and manufacturer; adopting sufficient argumentation and optimization before the parameters of the unit is selected; adopting the advanced technologies and optimizing unit structure; performing strict and careful test, manufacture and inspection.
