摘要
通过对全自动富氩气体保护焊工艺试验及其焊接设备的选型对比,加深了对全自动富氩气体保护焊焊接普通低合金钢及高强度钢时的工艺特点的了解,选择了最佳焊接电源及配套设备,并分析了其技术难点,提出了解决方案,确定了合理的焊接工艺参数,实现了各种工艺参数的相互匹配,为更好地指导生产提供了宝贵的经验。
Based on the tests on the automatic rich-chlorine gas protection welding and the selection and comparison of welding machines, we has deepened the knowledge of the welding process of general low-alloy steel and high strength steel by using the automatic rich-chlorine gas protection welding method and has chosen the best welding power sources and counterpart facilities. This paper analyzes its technical difficulties and gives the solutions. This paper also makes sure of the proper welding parameters and realizes the matching of each kind of parameters, which provides valuable experience for guiding production.
