摘要
龙滩水电站左岸导流洞开挖采用分层开挖法,并采取降低单耗药量、改变最小抵抗线W的方向、预裂爆破、采用多段别高精度毫秒导爆管等措施控制爆破震动。首次引进的地下装药车和混装乳化炸药车,机械化程度高,安全性能好,可大量减少钻孔量,有效提高循环进尺,大大降低施工费用。地下装药车和混装乳化车在地下工程施工中具有很强的竞争力和广阔的前途。
The excavation of the left-bank diversion tunnel of Longtan Hydropower Project adopts the excavation by layer. In order to control the blasting vibration, some measures have been taken, such as reducing unit explosive consumption, changing the direction of the minimum resistance line W, pre-cracked blasting, and using high accuracy and millisecond blasting tube. The first imported underground explosive car and the mix-loading emulsified explosive car have the characteristics of high mechanization degree, good safety performance so that they can greatly reduce the amount of boring hole, effectively enhance circular progress and greatly decrease the construction cost. Therefore they have strong competition force and wide prospect.
