摘要
由于“关键电子元器件”部分定义的错误,给型号电子产品用电子元器件可靠性工作造成困难和混乱。文章指出由于这个概念的混乱给可靠性工作带来的损失,并指出在可靠性领域这种貌似清晰明了,而实际错误的可靠性术语绝不止一个。呼吁可靠性同行对这些问题予以足够的重视,以推动可靠性工作的开展。
A lot of difficulties and confusions in reliability engi-neering of electrical components and devices used in electrical products are caused by the mistake definitions of the critical electrical components and devices.This paper points out that not only one reliability conception sounds like clear,but wrong actually.Each reliability technician should be paid more atten-tion to this issue to propel the development of reliability for-ward.
