应用化学发光免疫分析法调查衡阳地区成人血清FT_3、FT_4、TSH的参考范围

Determination of Adult Serum FT_3,FT_4 and TSH Reference Ranges of Hengyang Region Applying ACS∶180SE Automated Chemiluminescence System

目的 调查衡阳地区成人血清FT3 、FT4、TSH的参考范围。方法 应用以吖啶酯为标记物的ACS :1 80SE自动化学发光免疫分析法。结果 FT3 的参考范围是 3.1 2～ 6.2 4pmol L ,FT4的参考范围是 1 0 .8～ 2 2 .6pmol L ,TSH的参考范围是 0 .31～ 5 .62 μu mL。结论 本地区成人血清FT3 、FT4、TSH的参考范围适宜于作临床诊断甲亢 (甲减 )的参考标准。

Objective To determinate the adult serum free triiodothyronine(FT 3),free tetraiodothyronine(FT 4) and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) reference ranges of Hengyang region. Methods Applying Bayer ACS∶180SE automated chemiluminescent immunoassay using labeled acridinium ester. Results The reference ranges of FT 3,FT 4 and TSH are 3.12 to 6.24 pmol/L,10.8 to 22.6 pmol/L and 0.31 to 5.62 μu/ mL respectively. Conclusion The adult reference ranges of FT 3,FT 4 and TSH are suitable criterions for our clinical application.
