The paper, using related theories of tourism's economic impacts and data of Henan industry,analyses the industry linkage impact of Henan tourism quantitatively from the angles of Input Structure?Sale Structure ?Intermediaterequirement Rate and Intermediateinput Rate.It is indicated that the tourism has strong industry linkages with other industries of Henan province, and it also unveils that the development of Henan tourism can draw the development of other industries and the development of economy of Henan province.
