正负加速度交替暴露对大鼠心肌酶、超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛含量的影响 被引量:7

Effect of alternated +G_z and -G_z exposures on plasma myocardium enzyme, superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde in rats

摘要 目的 通过研究正负加速度 (±Gz)交替暴露对大鼠心肌酶活性及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)含量的影响 ,探讨该条件对心脏的危害。 方法  30只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成对照组、+Gz组和±Gz 交替暴露组。经动物离心机相应暴露后即刻麻醉采血 ,测定各组大鼠心肌酶活性及超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛的含量。 结果  +Gz组和±Gz 交替暴露组与对照组比较 ,肌酸激酶 (CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶 (CK MB)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)和α 羟丁酸脱氢酶 (α HBD)均显著增加(P <0 .0 1) ;两实验组间比较 ,CK、CK MB有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,±Gz 交替暴露组的LDH和α HBD两项指标呈现上升趋势 ,但无统计学意义。超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)在 +Gz 组和±Gz 交替暴露组与对照组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;两实验组间比较也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论  +Gz及±Gz 交替暴露均可使心肌酶及SOD、MDA含量有明显变化 ,且±Gz 交替暴露的作用更为明显。提示±Gz 交替暴露对心脏的有害影响较单纯 +Gz 暴露更为显著。 Objective To investigate the effect of alternated +G z and -G z (±G z) exposures on plasma myocardium enzyme,superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde in rats,so as to explore its harmful effect on heart. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group, +G z group and alternated ±G z exposure group. Blood samples were collected immediately after corresponding runs on animal centrifuge, and plasma levels of CK, CK MB, LDH, and α HBD were measured. Results Comparing with those of control group, the plasma levels of myocardium enzyme and MDA in +G z group were significantly higher( P< 0.01), while SOD levels in 2 experimental group were significantly lower( P< 0.05, P< 0.01). Significant difference( P< 0.05) between plasma SOD and MDA levels of 2 experimental groups were found. Conclusion The changes of plasma levels of myocardium enzymes, SOD and MDA in rats of ±G z group were more prominent than that of +G z group. It is suggested that the harmful effect of alternated ±G z exposures on heart is more prominent than that excerted by +G z exposures only .
