摘要
国有企业人力资源管理存在工作方式陈旧、缺乏有效的激励机制等问题,直接影响了企业的发展。实行干部及员工制度等一系列改革,方是进一步发展企业的良策。
There exist many problems such as the old work method,the lack of effective encouraging system in human resources management of state-owned enterprises.They directly influence enterprises'development.Reforming cadre and staff systems etc.are the good measures of furtherly developing enterprises.
