摘要
买卖合同是商品生产和交换在法律上一典型表现形式,在各种合同中,买卖合同应用最普遍最广泛。它不但是联系各企业中生产者间的桥梁,而且对满足人民日益增长的生活消费有巨大作用。
Business contract is a typical form of law in commercial production and exchange. Among all kinds of contracts, business contract is used most widely. It is not only a bridge among manufacturers also an important role in meeting people's increasing living consumption.
