摘要
阐述精确度、区间估计和不确定度等误差指标及其相互关系 ,探讨顾及系统误差时评定精度的方法 。
Accuracy,interval estimation and uncertainty and their relations are described in this paper. Method for assessing precision is discussed when system error is taken into account. Some examples are given and to show how this method is applied in engineering data processing.
