Pitch Melter and Its Improvement

介绍新型节能沥青快速熔化装置—沥青熔化器的结构特点和工作原理,结合现场使用情况、物料特性和设备结构,分析沥青熔化器产能达不到设计要求的原因,提出改进措施。

The paper introduces the structure and working principle of a new pitch melter, which melts pitch rapidly and economically. However, the melter's capacity can't meet the original design requirements. Having analyzed the reason for the machine not meeting the requirement according to the condition of work site, pitch's quality and structure of the melter, the author suggests some improvement measures.
