摘要
阐述了对清洁生产发展和实践的认识,通过对首钢近年来结构调整、淘汰落后、节能降耗、环境治理,实现工艺清洁化、能源清洁化,走可持续发展道路等方面实践的分析和论述,说明清洁生产是钢铁工业可持续发展的必然选择。并结合国家将于2003年实施的《清洁生产促进法》所提出的要求,提出下一步首钢实施资源、能源“减量化、再使用、再循环”的循环经济生产方式,以及钢铁业清洁化生产工作的主要措施和远景目标。
This paper expounds the author's understanding about the development and practice of the cleaner production. It explains that cleaner production is necessary selection for sustainable development in the iron and steel corporation through analyzing and discussing practice at the aspects of structure adjustment, eliminating through selection, pollution control, realizing cleaner production process, cleaning energy sources and taking sustainable development as the way in Shougang Corporation in recent years. Based on the demands regulated by 《The Cleaner Production Accelerating Law》which is carried out through the country in 2003, the realizing recycling economic methods of 'Reducing, Reuse, Recycling' which will be carried out in Shougang Corporation on natural resources, energy sources and main methods and perspective targets on the cleaner production work in Shougang Corporation are put forward.
