摘要
目的 介绍一种用计算机控制检测眼调节反应时间的方法。方法 用 pascal语言程序设计视标。视标的大小、显示程序和持续时间由计算机控制。受试者由看远视标 (5m)转为看近视标 (0 .3m)。结果 检测到约为毫秒级的眼调节时间。视力 1.0以上的眼调节时间为 370 .2 8± 2 5 .5 3ms。结论 计算机控制检测眼调节反应时间的方法适用于临床应用。其方法方便、快捷 ,比较真实、准确地反映了眼调节反应时间。
Objective:To describe a method examining reflex time of ocular accommodation controlled by a Computer.Methods:The optotypes are programed in a computer pascal language. The size, the performance and the duration times of the optotypes are controlled by the computer. A subject first looked at an optotype on a distant monitor(5m) till it disappeared from sight and then looked at an optotype on a near monitor(0.3m).Results:Reflex time of ocular accommodation among young men with normal visual acuity is 370 ±26 ms.Conclusions:Owing to the system high sensitivity, accuracy and convenience, the reflex time of ocular accommodation examining system controlled by a computer is recommended for clinical use.
