摘要
增压发动机热负荷的增加会影响发动机的使用寿命。针对不同的与燃气直接接触的发动机零件,介绍了具体的测点布置方案及测试方法,并对CA6DF1-27型柴油机进行了实机试验。指出,CA6DF1-27型柴油机在现有功率下不能满足热负荷要求,宜采取各缸进水口位置上移的解决方法。通过对改进后发动机热负荷的测试可以看出,各测点的温度有明显的降低。
Thermal load increase has influence on service life of supercharged engines.Detailed measuring point layout schemes and test methods for the different parts directly contacting with combustion gas are introduced and tests on diesel engine CA6DF1-27are done.It is pointed out that the diesel engine CA6DF1-27can not meet the requirement on thermal load at current output,and the solution of moving the water inlet of each cylinder upward is proposed.It is shown by thermal load tests on the improved engines that temperature at each measuring point drops.
