金红石型纳米TiO_2的制备及其屏蔽紫外线的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以四氯化钛为原料,低温合成了金红石型纳米TiO2聚集体,XRD和TEM表明,这种聚集体是由更小的TiO2微晶组合而成。聚集体经过不同温度的热处理,制得不同粒径的纳米TiO2颗粒,结果显示,当热处理在500℃以下时,是TiO2纳米晶相互熔合成纳米颗粒的过程。当热处理在600℃以上时,纳米TiO2粒子快速长大。在波长200~800nm光区测定了纳米TiO2分散液的透光率,详细研究了纳米TiO2粒径、含量和分散时间对紫外线的屏蔽效果和可见光透明性的影响。 The nanoscale aggregate of TiO2 in the rutile phase was synthesized by using titanium tetrachloride as source material at room temperature.XRD and TEM revealed that the aggregate was composed of much tinier nanocrystalline of TiO2.The different particle size of nanosized TiO2 was obtained at different temperatures of heat treatment.Results showed when the temperature of heat treatment was lower than 500℃,it was the process of melting nanocrystalline of TiO2 with nanometer particle.While the temperature of heat treatment was higher than 600℃,the primary particle of nanoscale TiO2 grew rapidly.Transmittance ofdispersion of nanosized TiO2 had been tested between 200-800nm.The effect of particle size,content,heat treatment and dispersing time on UV-ray shieding property and transparency of visible light was investigated in detail.
