摘要
应用K .N .Shohet的影响函数法和弹性基础梁模型计算了六辊轧机的辊间压力随中间辊的抽动时的变化规律 ,并用三维光弹性应力分析法进行了实验论证 ,从而为六辊轧机确定合理的工艺制度奠定了基础。
Influence function method and basic spring beam model were applied to the calculation and analysis of the force distribution regulations between rolls under the condition of middle roll's axial displacement.3*.D photoelasticity analysis was also used for experiment proof.The results set the basis to determine reasonable technical institution for 6-h mill.
