汽轮机末级叶片抗水蚀纳米涂层的设计与制备 被引量:4

Design and Deposition of Erosion Resistance Nanosuperlattice Coatings Used in Last Blades of Steam Turbine

摘要 针对汽轮机末级叶片水蚀失效的机理及复杂的运行工况,设计了硬度高、韧性好、与基体结合强度高的多层纳米复合涂层,选用多弧-磁控溅射镀膜机在末级叶片2Cr13材料基体上成功地制备出CNx/TiN多层复合涂层。 This investigation aimed at the failure mechanism of liquid impact erosion occured on the last blades of steam turbine and the complicated operation status in the last blades of steam turbine, the multilayer nanosuperlattice composite coatings with high hardness, fine tenacity and favorable strength combined with substratum had been designed Finally, the CNx/TiN multilayer composite coatings were deposited onto 2Cr13 stainless steel substratum usually used the last blades of steam turbine by combination of DC reaction magnetron sputtering deposition with multiarc plating
