摘要
针对汽轮机末级叶片水蚀失效的机理及复杂的运行工况,设计了硬度高、韧性好、与基体结合强度高的多层纳米复合涂层,选用多弧-磁控溅射镀膜机在末级叶片2Cr13材料基体上成功地制备出CNx/TiN多层复合涂层。
