摘要 通过对过热炉管受热冲击影响的事件考察,指出了在高温炉管的断裂中存在着超温引起过早的蠕变断裂,通常有明显的变形和热冲击导致快速的脆性断裂两种不同的机制。在失效成因的分析中,讨论了Manson-Haferd参量外推技术、热应力沿壁厚的分布和热冲击产生应力峰值问题,给出了热冲击的安全曲线。 It is showed that two mechanisms existed in fracture of furnace tubes operated at high temperature by investigation in an event of the thermal shock Overheat induced early creep rupture with the obvious deformation in general and the thermal shock led rapidly to brittle fracture In analysis of causes of failure, MansonHaferd Parameter extrapolation was discussed It is discussed for distribution of the thermal stress along the tube thickness and its peak A safe curve for the thermal shock was showed
