Salesman played a crucial role in liquor marketing.After China's entry to WTO,liquor industry faced with severe chal-lenges on salesman.The enterprise,in order to gain more market share,must find the most effective access to salesman employment (recruitment and training of salesman)and salesman management (management of payment ,task distribution,performance evaluation and business check).
