摘要
2002年,国际资本流入我国的速度明显加快。我国新增外商投资在新的形势下,增势迅猛,呈现出很多新的特点和变化,也暴露出一些不容忽视的问题。对我国国内企业而言,外商投资的持续增加,不仅意味着竞争的加剧,同时也意味着新的市场机会的产生。本文针对上述问题作了探讨。
In 2002, the inflow of international capital into China apparently accelerated. Under this circumstance, with the increase of newly added foreign investment, some new features and changes began to appear, and at the same time, some problems were exposed. To domestic enterprises, the sustained growth of foreign investment not only means the intensified competition but also new market possibilities. The paper makes some probe concerning the above problems.
