In an IT society, the dominant authority of information has deeply influenced and greatly impacted the government function of its control on economy in such aspects as economy, technology, politics and social reaction. Thus, the government function of its control on economy under informationalization is faced with new adjustment and renovation:the transference of the core of function to the information industry,the performance of function is manifested as the loosening of the restriction in microenvironment and the strengthening of macro administration and assistance, the increasing marketorientation of public service.
