摘要
该文用光学显微镜、透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了α-Ti合金及近α-Ti合金的原始组织及充氢后氢化物形貌,用迹线分析的方法标定了氢化物析出的惯习面.结果表明,Ti-2Al-2.5Zr的惯习面为{1121}或{2021},Ti-4Al-2V的惯习面为{1013}或{1125}.
The original microstructure and hydride morphology of αTi alloy and near αTi alloy have been studied with an optical microscope and a transmission electron microscope. The habit plane of hydride precipitated in the alloys is determined using a method of trace analysis. The results show that the habit planes of Ti2Al2.5Zr are {1121} or {2021}, and those of Ti4Al2V are {1013} or {1125}.
