摘要 条纹外插是FFT处理圆形域干涉条纹图的必要步骤,外插的效果直接影响最终处理的精度.该文在边缘极值点为原点反转外延算法的基础上给出了一种修正算法,不仅达到了良好的插值效果,大大提高了运行速度,而且该算法也能同时对光盘形内孔进行插值. Fringepattern extrapolation is a necessary step for round field interferogram analysis as the effect of extrapolation directly affects the ultimate accuracy. The paper focuses on the analysis of extrapolation of fringe patterns during FFT analysis, and gives a modified algorithm based on a reverse extending algorithm that finds maximum point at the verge as the origin of coordinates. This program produces a good result and greatly reduces computation time. The program can also extrapolate an inside hole of a compact disk.
