Analysis of the Regional Economy Cored by "Education Industry"——Taking the Economical Development of Education Zone in Songbei New District of Harbin

改革开放以来 ,我国的区域经济建设取得了长足的进步。哈尔滨市政府从 1 991年开始对哈尔滨市松北地区进行开发、规划 ,其目的也正是想以这一地区的经济发展来带动整个哈尔滨市经济的腾飞。本文正是以松北开发为大背景 ,以调查、走访的结果为依据 ,力求找到松北教育区内潜在的经济机会 ,并由此对未来的教育区经济的发展做出预测和展望。

Since China's reforming and opening policy practiced, the regional economic policy has been developing. Harbin Songbei New District has been developing and programming with the guidance of the economic policy by Harbin government. The development of the New District will make the surrounding developed. This paper will demonstrate the Songbei Education Zone to find out its commercial situation by means of investigation at a big background. We hope that we can detect the potential situation of commerce of the whole Songbei Zone and the developing tendency in the future.
