本文结合哈尔滨学院图书馆建设 ,着重阐述数字图书馆概念及智能化设计理念 ,进而提出构建现代化图书馆的应用平台及相关技术。

Based on the construction of Harbin University library, the writer illustrates the concept of digital library and the designing plan for intellectualization, so as to propose the applying platform and related technology for building modernized library.
