人生最重要的事之一是自我定位 ,外语教学中教师的角色作用定位亦是外语教学的前提和先导 ,有助于教师采取相应的教学策略 ,组织相关教学活动。尤其在扩招形式下 ,学生水平相差悬殊 ,教师角色作用需要重新反思定位 ,并据此采用适当的教学策略。

One of the most important things in life is to find one's focus of life. The teacher's role is the premise and guide for foreign language teaching. It helps to set the teaching strategy and arrange the relevant teaching activities, especially in the case that we increase the admission of students. Students are in quite different levels, so it's more important to reflect on the role and focus of teachers in foreign language teaching, and adapt the suitable teaching strategies.
