To realize 'Chen Shengshen Guess' needs to value scientific spirit to form 'Chinese school of Mathematics' from mathematical innovation. The meaning as well as significance covers vast phases, which has strong impelling power to inspire Chinese mathematicians to innovate bravely, so that China will be a leading Country in the field of mathematics.
