摘要
中国是实行单一制的国家 ,在单一制的前提下又实行民族区域自治制度与特别行政区制度。本文从基本依据、制度特色、自治权限和政治构架诸方面对两种制度作了比较分析。
China is a country with single system, but there are still regional national autonomy system and special administrative region system. In this essay, the writer compared the two systems from the basic reference, system characters, autonomic limitation and political regime.
