摘要
现行农地制度的缺陷引发了在理论和实践上对农地制度创新的探索 ,而农业土地制度的健全和完善是解决农村许多问题的前提。笔者在总结评述各种理论观点的基础上 ,提出了对此问题的陋见。
The defections in current farmland system cause the research on innovation in both theory and practice, while the perfection of farmland system is the precondition for solving problems in rural areas. The writer proposed some suggestions by summarizing all kinds of theories.
