指血中Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg的分析方法研究

提出了一种直接测定血中Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg的原子吸收测定方法。本法用一定量的基体释放剂 ,取少量血样于小体积中 ,直接在原子吸收仪器上进行测定。对以往的血液中微量元素测定 。

A method of directly determing Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg in point blood by atomic absorption spectrophotometry has been developed.A little amount of blood sample in a small content volume,diluting it with fixed amount of base release agent,and then the content of trace elements in point blood was determined.The method make up the former determination of trace elements in blood,particularly,it is mell up to the little amount blood sample by collecting.
