摘要
目的确证苦碟子注射液中腺苷 ,并测定其含量。方法采用HPLC MS法鉴别苦碟子注射液中的腺苷 ;采用HPLC法测定腺苷含量 ,色谱柱为DimonsilTM ODSC18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 乙腈 水(体积比 5∶4∶91 ) ;流速 1mL·min-1;检测波长 2 5 9nm。结果HPLC MS确证了腺苷的存在 ,HPLC测定结果表明腺苷在 0 4~ 3 0 0g·L-1内 ,线形关系良好 (r=0 9999) ,平均回收率为 1 0 0 4% (n=5 )。
Objective To identify and determine the content of adenosin in the Ixeris sonchifolia Hance injection.Methods The adenosin in Ixeris sonchifolia Hance was identified by HPLC-MS,and determind by HPLC with a Dimonsil TM ODS column( 4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-water (5∶4∶91,V∶V∶V),the flow rate was 1 mL·min -1.The UV detection wavelength was at 259 nm.Results HPLC-MS proved the presence of adenosin in Ixeris sonchifolia Hance and its injection.In the determination of the content of adenosin by HPLC,the calibration curve was linear (r 2= 0.999 8) within the range of 0.4~ 30.0 mg·L -1,the average recovery was 100.4% (n=5).Conclusion This method is suitable for determination of the content of adenosin in the Ixeris sonchifolia Hance injection.
