摘要 江西丰城发电有限责任公司现有4×300MW机组,制粉系统均采用中速磨直吹式,磨为北京良乡厂ZGM-95碗式中速磨,每台炉配备5台磨煤机;直吹式制粉系统由于系统简单、制粉电耗低,噪声小等优点,日益广泛应用于国内大型火电厂中。因设计上的问题和实际入炉煤情况的复杂性,加上对中速磨及直吹式制粉系统运行特性掌握不够,致使在运行实践中出现制粉电耗偏高等问题;提出优化调整运行方式的措施,取得一定效果。 Jiangxi Fengcheng Electric Power Co., Ltd installs four 300MW units. The coal pulverizing systems are all equiped with medium- speed direct- fired mills, which belong to the ZGM- 95 bowl model produced by Beijing Liangxiang Equipment Manufacturing Factory. For each boiler, there are 5 mills. The coal pulverizing system is widely used in domestic large thermal power plants due to its simple system 、 low electric consuming in coal pulverizing and low noise.Because of the designing problem and complication of the actual situation for coal being conveyed to the boiler as well as pool knowledge about the character of the medium- speed mill and direct coal pulverizing system, problems such as higher electric consuming in coal pulverizing happened in operation practice. Therefore, measures for optimizing and adjusting operation mode, which has achieved good effect, are provided in the paper.
