摘要
采用线性供应函数均衡方法 ,针对多个具有非零截距线性边际成本的非对称发电商 ,研究了考虑远期合同交易的发电市场均衡模型。提出了 2种方法 ,即基于发电阈值电价的方法与基于竞标阈值电价的方法 ,来获取分段均衡的供应函数 ,并计及发电商出力限制对均衡结果的影响。算例分析表明了模型的有效性 ,并且显示 ,如果市场规则要求发电商投标时必须保证其合同电力 ,则在发电商的合同销售电力较大时 ,这种市场规则通常将导致市场均衡价格的明显下降。
The linear supply function (LSF) equilibrium method is used to model power generation markets with forward contracts. The model allows asymmetric, multiple strategic generators having linear marginal costs with non-zero intercepts to be taken into account. Two methods, called generation-threshold-price-based method and bidding-threshold-price-based method, are developed with regard to solution to the piecewise LSFs. In addition, the impact of generators' capacity constraints on the piecewise LSF is also reflected in the proposed model. Numerical examples are used to demonstrate the validity of the model. It is shown that the requirement of each generator to bid quantity not less than its forward contract sale at any time may lead to significant decrease in market prices when generators' contract sales are relatively large.
