APPLICATION OF D-S EVIDENCE THEORY TO SINGLE-PHASE-TO-GROUND FAULT LINE DETECTION

摘要 提出了一种利用多重故障信息融合选线方法。为实现这一目的 ,提出了故障测度概念 ,用来定量评价各线路可能是故障线路的程度。运用D S证据理论实现了多判据信息融合 ,将多判据选线问题转化为证据推理问题 ,使选线结果聚焦到各个判据的共同支持点上 ,选线性能得到极大提高。 This paper proposes a line detecting strategy with multi-fault information fusion for single-phase-to-ground faults in neutral insulated or Peterson coil grounded system. Concept of the fault measurement is introduced to quantitatively evaluate the probability of each line to be likely to the fault line. Thus the D-S evidence theory is employed to process the fusion of multi information, which transforms the fault line detection with multi criteria to a evidence reasoning one and also focalizes detecting results on a common ground of each criterion, and therefore improves the detecting performance greatly. Field practical results show that the fusion strategy proposed is feasible and correct.
